If a year-long contract term isn’t the right fit right now, that’s okay! I can typically offer hourly or project-based support, and I’m happy to assist with one-time event management/moderation. Availability for these services depends on my current client schedule, as contracted clients receive first priority.
General Service Overview
My services are structured to reduce the administrative workload of small organizations and volunteer leadership, including:
– Meeting and Event Coordination — Scheduling and managing logistics for board meetings, committee meetings, and member events; preparing and distributing agendas, minutes, follow-up items, and issuing/filing CEs on behalf of the association (client must be a certified CE provider).
– Member/Customer Communication and Outreach — Managing email inquiries and support tickets, creating and sending email blasts, and developing newsletters to keep members/customers informed.
– Website and Event Management — Posting/updating classes and events on your website, managing event registration, and maintaining up-to-date web content.
– Membership and Reporting Support — Maintaining CRMs/membership databases, generating monthly client/membership reports, and assisting with document management and compliance.
– General Administrative Assistance — Handling office tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
– Merchandise Ordering and Tracking — Managing bulk orders, tracking inventory, and fulfilling client and member requests.
I am generally available Monday through Thursday (and may be available after hours upon request), offering focused, efficient support while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to your evolving needs. I pride myself on the processes I create, which are designed to streamline recurring tasks, improve consistency, and enhance efficiency over time. My goal is to respond promptly, work proactively, and ensure that key tasks are completed smoothly and on time — Without overpromising or compromising quality.
With hands-on experience across platforms such as WildApricot, Microsoft 365, Google Business Suite, QuickBooks, GoDaddy, and Adobe Creative Cloud, I deliver streamlined support that integrates effortlessly into your existing operations.
