Hello, my name is Ben — I’m an Oregon Principal Real Estate Broker and the owner of Twenty-Four Ten Avenue Realty, LLC, where I help clients buy and sell properties throughout the state. I specialize in sales, association management, office management, and previously property management. I also own BJL Seamans, LLC, where I bring over 10 years of experience in administrative and office management across a variety of industries, providing strategic support, operational coordination, and process improvement for organizations of all sizes.

Beyond real estate, I own and operate BJL Seamans, LLC, a virtual office management and consulting company that helps associations, corporations, and organizations run more efficiently. I specialize in streamlining operations, optimizing administrative systems, and supporting leadership teams in achieving their goals. I provide comprehensive support tailored to each organization’s unique needs – From managing day-to-day office functions and coordinating board activities to overseeing projects, events, and communications.

A Bit More About Me
I divide my time primarily between Roseburg and Portland, while frequently traveling to Bend, Salem, Eugene, St. Helens, and other areas across the state for work and client meetings.
When I’m not managing projects or working with clients, you’ll probably find me traveling along the West Coast, spending time with my dogs, or unwinding with a bit of reality TV.
